While we love bulk orders, we limit them to one discount or promo code per transaction. The Discount or Promo Code only applies to selected products/categories mentioned in the email, promotion, website, or on the Product Detail Page (PDP), subject to availability and while supplies last. A Discount or Promo Code cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases made before the promotional period. We offer a Price Adjustment within 10 business days from the date of your order. Products purchased using a Discount or Promo Code are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned. The Discount or Promo Code has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be sold or exchanged. Unless explicitly stated, the Discount or Promo Code does not apply to shipping, fees, taxes, or additional charges. Luminous & Co reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions without prior notice and to decline or revoke the Discount or Promo Code if any fraudulent activity is suspected. Our Roller and Honeycomb motorized blinds can be customized to match your unique color, size, and material preferences. We offer the following options:

We want you to love our products as much as we do. Since colors on screens can look different in real life, we recommend ordering free samples before you purchase. Feel the material, see it in your home, and know exactly what you will receive.
Measure Your Windows
We recommend measuring your window’s width and height carefully to ensure the blinds fit perfectly. You can find detailed instructions on how to measure your windows here. If you are unsure, please contact us before you purchase so we can guide you through the process.
We understand that mistakes happen or that you may change your mind. You can cancel or make changes within 24 hours of placing your order. These changes could include adjusting the delivery address or switching the product. After 24 hours, we start the manufacturing process and we’re unable to make any changes or cancel your order. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can assist with updating the address. Contact us at support@luminousandco.com with the subject line: Order Change or Cancellation.
Our valued customers deserve the best price. If within 10 business days from the date of your order the product is on sale, please let us know and we’ll refund you the difference. Contact us at support@luminousandco.com with the subject line: Price Adjustment.
We offer free shipping within Canada, excluding remote regions and the province of Quebec. Shipping fees for oversized orders may apply. Orders shipped to Canadian addresses are subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes (GST/HST).
All shipping times and methods are estimated and subject to change. Delivery times typically range from 15-21 days, depending on your location and the complexity of your order. Luminous & Co is not responsible for delivery delays caused by events beyond our control. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have set up a profile, the tracking number will also be posted to your account.
Insurance
Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery by the carrier in accordance with Canadian law.
Please inspect your Order upon receipt. If your order was received in subpar conditions or damaged upon delivery, contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Email us at support@luminousandco.com with the subject line: Damaged. Please include photos and a description of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
When unpacking your Product, please carefully check the contents to make sure that all items are accounted for. If you notice that any parts are missing from your order, such as brackets, screws, or a remote, please contact our customer service within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. We’ll send you the missing parts at no extra charge. If your order is inaccurate, please notify us immediately and include photos and any information that will help us evaluate the issue and make it right. We work hard to ensure that your product works as advertised. However, we understand that it might not be the situation in every case. If upon installing your Product you encounter the product not working properly, please notify us within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Contact us at support@luminousandco.com with the subject line: Product Defective. Please include photos and a description of the issue. Note that Defective Products may also be handled under the Warranty. Either way, we’ll make it right.
We do not accept returns for refunds. Exchanges are allowed within 30 calendar days for defective or damaged goods and inaccurate order fulfillment. Custom products cannot be exchanged due to color/size selection errors or measurement mistakes.
At Luminous & Co, we want to add light to your life. Our goal is for customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help. Upon receipt of the purchased Product, you have 30 calendar days from delivery to request an exchange due to damage upon delivery, defective products or manufacturing errors, or inaccurate order fulfillment where you received the wrong item. As these are custom-made, we are unable to exchange, replace, or refund errors of ordering the wrong size or color, measuring inaccurately, or changing your mind. We do not accept returns for a refund.
To start the Exchange progress, please email us at support@luminousandco.com with the subject line: Exchange. Include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and images or videos showing the problem. We’ll review your request and respond within 24 business hours. If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you a replacement product with the same specifications. Please note that you won’t be able to change the size, color, or other custom details of your order. You’ll receive the same product you originally purchased.
